In addition to 11 paid holidays, 2-3 weeks vacations, 401K, etc. Target Salary: $70,000 - 95,000 Bonus/ Incentives/ Stock Options: up to 15% annual bonus Job Summary: The Master Production Scheduler manages the production planning for the Trackworks Manufacturing facility. This position will be responsible for creating the monthly master schedule for specific components using input from sales, supply chain, manufacturing, and engineering. Additionally, they will need to review data from capacity planning, inventory levels, and manufacturing on time delivery performance. Job Duties: • Maintain 12 month rolling forecast, converting forecast to actual orders • Prepare metrics and reports to present the master schedule data to various audiences • Prepare reports for S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) process • Coordinate information and activities to ensure customers’ requirement dates are understood and reflected accurately in schedules • Load the plan into the ERP system and publish • Supervise production and planning department Qualifications: • BA or BS degree in business, manufacturing systems, engineering supply chain, or related field • 3 to 5 years in operations, production planning, or master scheduling • Proficiency with spreadsheets and enterprise-wide software applications • Strong attention to detail • Must be able to communicate with multiple levels of staff throughout the organization • Must have effective analytical ability Preferred: • Working knowledge of SAP • APICS CPIM certification a plus Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
