Title: Inventory Clerk Location: Buffalo Grove, IL Hire Type: Contract (6+ yrs) Shift : 1st - M-F 8 am - 5 pm - 100% onsite Compensation: $25/hr Benefits: As a contract employee of Sterling, you are eligible to receive a Full Employee Benefits Package that includes paid time off, paid holidays, 3 medical plans to choose from, dental & vision plans, 401(k), and an Employee Stock Ownership (ESOP) plan. Must have Skill Set: SAP Overview: The Inventory Clerk provides an essential function to the warehouse. The role ensures that the order receipts and invoicing process flows in an efficient and accurate cadence between the warehouse and other supporting department Job Duties: • Coordinates PO alignment with open invoices • Coordinates between departments to close out open invoices • Generates/Receives PO requisitions to pay open invoices • Tracks tariff costs related to inbound shipments • Enter PO requests in SAP system • Prepare packing lists and BOL when needed • Verify that receipts are entered into SAP system correctly Qualifications: • 2 years experience working within the SAP system Qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, age, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, protected veteran status, or genetic information.
