2+ years relevant field or office experience, valid driver’s license with safe record, proficiency in AutoCAD, GIS, utility locating, and ability to work independently.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities: • Perform electronic locates to measure utility depths • Conduct constructability reviews of preliminary design drawings • Document and photograph existing site conditions • Perform field notations using various methods • Represent the company during preconstruction meetings • Understand rights-of-way, easements, parcels, and private property rights • Coordinate with project teams to assist in problem resolution • Communicate effectively with homeowners and business owners, using de-escalation tactics • when needed • Follow all safety protocols, including proper use of PPE • Perform other job-related duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: • 2+ years of prior, relevant field or office work experience. • Must be local to project work and available during normal business hours. • In addition to a valid State Driver’s License, applicants must have a safe driving record as defined • by Company policy.
