STERIS is seeking a Customer Repair Support Specialist in Raleigh, NC to provide onsite services to Instrument Management Services (IMS) customers. This role involves analyzing repair trends, managing inventory, engaging with Customers, and resolving issues to ensure surgical assets are ready for operation. The position is remote and based in one of the states of North Carolina, typically Raleigh. Requirements • Review and perform basic analysis on repair trending data. • Provide analysis of repair trending and solution delivery to assigned facilities. • Track send/receive repair process. • Ensure instrument/device inspection is managed per compliance and contract requirements. • Build positive relationships with Customers • Maintain compliance with STERIS policies.
