Coupled with this vision, we have selected Epicor ERP (Kinetic) as our Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, and we will be implementing this technology across the enterprise over the next several years. As a result, we are searching for candidates that could fill the role of ERP Implementation Lead to join our team. About the Role: The Epicor ERP Implementation Lead will facilitate the completion of implementation tasks and producing quality deliverables at our branch sales/operation offices. This role will report to the Head of Technology and Digital Transformation and will organize and control tasks within the branch work plan. They will have an implementation leadership position with the internal branch project team. What You Will Do: * Adhere to the Epicor Signature Implementation Methodology * Participate in branch Implementation Planning and Kickoff Meetings * Coordinate and facilitate a branch Business Process Review in order to understand current-state processes * Perform Project Team Education with branch project team * Document Gap Analysis between current-state and future-state processes * Provide guidance on data conversion strategy * Document Project Scope for branch implementation and work with Epicor Project Manager for division implementation plan * Provide guidance on software configuration and system setup consistent with branch needs * Oversee data conversion effort of branch data * Facilitate Proof of Concept Testing with branch project team and finalize any adjustments * Perform End User Training with branch users * Facilitate User Acceptance Test to be performed by branch users * Provide Cutover support for the branch * Supporting Epicor Upgrade Projects. [Current and future] * Supporting Epicor enhancements and process improvements. * Lead for Kinetic Training of ‘newer’ sites that went live with Classic in ’25 and ’26 and will convert to Kinetic in ‘27 * Support and lead PMO Epicor and business-related projects. Requirements/Qualifications: * Minimum of 5+ years implementing Epicor ERP (v9/10/Kinetic) across an enterprise, business unit, or functions with a proven record of successful large scale project implementations * Expertise in Epicor ERP (v9/10/Kinetic) Distribution and Manufacturing modules. Epicor Certification or Financial module experience a plus * Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience) * Effective written and verbal communication skills * Effective listening and facilitation skills, to gather requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions * Strong organization and project management skills, with the ability to work in highly complex environments * Ability to manage work plans, identify resource requirements, establish priorities for available resources and monitor the performance of project tasks * Customer centric, results oriented, self-starter and ability to work within a team * Understand the role of, and the keys to becoming, a trusted advisor to the project team * Analytical skills and strategic thinking are crucial to the role * Understanding of change management cycles and the ability to facilitate and implement change * Excellent presentation and training skills for delivering conceptual and procedural lessons both in person and remotely * Proficient in Microsoft Office and Project Management tools * 40-50% travel is anticipated THIS POSITION DESCRIPTION IN NO WAY SATES OR IMPLIES THAT THESE ARE THE ONLY DUTIES TO BE PERFORMED BY THE EMPLOYEE(S) INCUMBENT IN THIS POSITION.
