Role Overview: As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing expert assistance and troubleshooting to ensure seamless use of our transcription technology. Your role is vital in maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the continuous improvement of our products. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, delivering clear and effective solutions. - You will diagnose and resolve technical issues related to our transcription software and hardware. - You will guide customers through product setup, installation, and usage to maximize their experience. - You will document customer interactions and technical issues accurately in our support system. - You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex problems. - You will contribute to the development of support materials and FAQs to enhance customer self-service. - You will stay updated on product features and industry trends to provide knowledgeable support. - You will participate in training sessions to continuously improve your technical and customer service skills. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in technical support or a related customer service role. - Strong understanding of software troubleshooting and hardware basics. - Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly. - Proficiency with CRM and ticketing systems. - Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. - A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the legal or transcription technology industry. - Familiarity with Stenograph products or similar transcription tools. - Technical certifications related to IT support or software. - Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
