Role Overview: As a Technical Support Representative, you will be the frontline support for our customers, ensuring they receive timely and effective assistance with our products. Your role is crucial in maintaining customer satisfaction and helping users maximize the value of our cutting-edge legal transcription technology. What You'll Do: - You will provide expert technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat. - You will troubleshoot and resolve software and hardware issues related to our transcription products. - You will document customer interactions and solutions accurately in our support system. - You will collaborate with engineering and product teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will assist in creating and updating user guides and support documentation. - You will participate in training sessions to stay current with product updates and industry trends. - You will contribute to improving support processes and customer experience. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in technical support or a related customer service role. - You possess strong knowledge of software troubleshooting and basic hardware diagnostics. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM and ticketing systems. - You demonstrate problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the legal or transcription technology industry. - Familiarity with stenography equipment and software. - Technical certifications such as CompTIA A+ or similar. - Multilingual abilities to support a diverse customer base.
