Role Overview: As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador of Stenograph, delivering exceptional support and service to our valued customers. Your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our legal transcription products and services. - You will provide detailed product information and assist customers in utilizing our technology effectively. - You will document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights and suggestions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends. What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or support roles, preferably in technology or legal services. - You possess strong communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
