Role Overview: As a Customer Care Representative, you will be the frontline ambassador for Stenograph, delivering exceptional support and service to our customers. Your role is vital in ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and providing product guidance. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to our legal transcription products and services. - You will provide detailed product information and assist customers in utilizing our technology effectively. - You will document customer interactions and feedback accurately in our CRM system. - You will collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer insights and suggestions. - You will maintain up-to-date knowledge of our products, services, and industry trends. - You will support training initiatives by assisting in the creation of customer support materials.
