Who YOU are and What YOU can become The Senior Program Manager is a Company leader authorized to lead a program with responsibility and accountability for total program performance to a contract compliant to corporate policies and procedures. The Senior Program Manager reports to the Director of Programs. The Senior Program Manager will establish and manage strategic and tactical program objectives to be accomplished by a functionally organized matrix team. What YOU will do • Identify, schedule, and manage scope to accomplish program contract and business objectives (Delivery, Financial, Technical, Quality). • Establish, maintain, and approve program budgets and expenses. • Lead weekly; Program, Configuration Control Board (CCB), Program Control Board (PCB) meetings, and Customer meetings. • Create and maintain Program Management Plans and Risk Registers. • Monitor, report, and manage actions based on relevant industry, Program, and Customer activity to ensure Program success. • Serve as the principal management point-of-contact for the MRAS Senior Leadership Team and Customer. What YOU must bring to Succeed Candidate must have a MBA from an accredited institution with a minimum of 12 years’ relevant project or program management experience in a manufacturing environment. • P&L responsibility > $30MM annually in a manufacturing environment. • Demonstrated high critical thinking, communication, leadership, and influencing skills with balanced technical, financial, and business acumen. • Strong knowledge of business processes, change management methodologies, and project management principles. • Advanced analytical and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to identify and address complex business challenges and capitalize on business opportunities. • Proven ability to collaborate with staff, leadership, and Customers and perform under pressure with a high degree of self and team accountability. • Continuous learning and proactive mindset. • Ability to support on-site and travel internationally < 25 % of time. Desired Characteristics • PMP Certification • > 5 years’ experience in contract negotiation (Commercial and Government preferred). • Aviation and/or Automotive industry experience is highly desirable.
