As a Live Chat Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in connecting with our customers in real-time, providing prompt and knowledgeable assistance that reflects our commitment to quality and service. Key Objectives Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries via live chat. Resolve customer issues efficiently while maintaining a positive brand image. Collaborate with internal teams to address product or service-related concerns. Enhance customer experience through clear communication and problem-solving. Responsibilities Engage with customers through live chat to answer questions about products, orders, and policies. Identify and troubleshoot common issues related to orders, deliveries, and product information. Document customer interactions accurately and escalate complex issues to the appropriate departments. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ product offerings and promotions. Assist in gathering customer feedback to help improve services and products. Ensure compliance with company guidelines and quality standards in all communications. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in live chat support, customer service, or a related role. Strong written communication skills with attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage multiple chats simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Basic knowledge of the food and beverage industry is an advantage. Comfortable using CRM software and chat platforms. Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first attitude. Flexible schedule to accommodate peak hours and occasional weekend shifts. Qualifications Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
