We are seeking a dedicated Email & Chat Support Specialist to join our team and deliver timely, accurate, and friendly support to our customers through email and live chat channels. Key Objectives Provide efficient and professional support to customers via email and chat platforms. Resolve inquiries related to products, orders, deliveries, and general company information. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through email and chat in a clear, courteous, and timely manner. Assist customers with product information, order tracking, returns, and refunds. Document and update customer interactions accurately in the CRM system. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate departments. Contribute to the development and improvement of customer support processes and FAQs. Maintain a thorough understanding of Stello Foods’ products, policies, and promotions. Meet or exceed individual and team performance goals related to response time and customer satisfaction. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred. 1-3 years of experience in customer support, preferably in the Food & Beverages or retail industry. Strong written communication skills with excellent grammar and attention to detail. Proficiency in using email and chat support software, CRM platforms, and Microsoft Office tools. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Problem-solving mindset with a patient and empathetic approach to customer concerns.
