As a Chat Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in connecting with our customers in real-time, providing timely and accurate assistance within the dynamic Food & Beverages industry. This position offers an exciting opportunity to be the frontline voice of Stello Foods, helping to resolve inquiries, enhance customer satisfaction, and contribute to the growth of our brand through outstanding digital communication. Key Objectives Deliver prompt, clear, and professional support to customers via chat platforms. Resolve product, order, and service-related inquiries efficiently to ensure a seamless customer experience. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and address complex issues effectively. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions to support continuous improvement. Responsibilities Respond to customer inquiries through live chat with accuracy and empathy. Provide detailed product information, order status updates, and resolve complaints promptly. Identify customer needs and recommend suitable products or solutions when appropriate. Document and track customer interactions and feedback using CRM systems. Work closely with the logistics, sales, and quality assurance teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Contribute to the development of FAQs and chat scripts to improve response quality. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Stello Foods’ product offerings and industry trends. Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferred. Proven experience in customer service or chat support, preferably within the Food & Beverages sector. Excellent written communication skills with strong attention to detail. Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with CRM software and chat support tools. Strong problem-solving skills and a customer-first mindset. Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends or holidays as needed. Qualifications Proficient typing skills with the ability to maintain speed and accuracy. Basic knowledge of food safety and industry regulations is a plus.
