Job Description Title: Senior Sales Executive Aerospace, Defense & Semiconductor Services Location: Remote Duration: 6 Month CTH Position Details Role Summary Drive large-scale enterprise services sales across the US for A&D and semiconductor sectors. Use strong engineering/technical insight to secure multi-million-dollar outsourced design, FPGA/hardware, system integration, and build-to-spec contracts with primes, OEMs, and hyperscalers. Key Responsibilities • Lead full sales cycle for $5M+ deals: opportunity qualification, technical solution shaping, proposal strategy, negotiation, and close. • Cultivate relationships with decision-makers at major US A&D primes (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Northrop Grumman, Honeywell, Textron, BAE Systems, etc.) and semiconductor customers. • Collaborate with engineering teams to develop tailored solutions for defense electronics, avionics, AI-enabled systems, and semiconductor product development. • Execute US-focused go-to-market strategy; achieve aggressive revenue targets. • Deliver technical leadership in customer pursuits and engagements. Required • 12 18+ years in technical/engineering services sales with proven track record closing $5M $10M+ deals. • Prior sales leadership experience at major US-based A&D companies (Boeing, Lockheed Martin, Raytheon, Honeywell, Textron, Northrop Grumman, BAE, etc.) strongly preferred. • Deep understanding of embedded systems, FPGA/VLSI, avionics/defense electronics, and high-reliability manufacturing. • Experience selling outsourced engineering services to primes/OEMs. • Bachelor's in Engineering (Electrical/Mechanical/Aerospace or related); MBA a plus. • Willingness to travel domestically as needed. Preferred • Established US network in defense and semiconductor ecosystems. Success in regulated/high-security pursuits
