At Stellar Senior Living, we are seeking an Executive Director to lead our community, Farrington Court, Kent, Washington. Key Qualifications : • Leadership Excellence : You lead by example, motivating high-performing teams to achieve their best – Build Team • Proven Success : You have a history of taking communities to full occupancy, delivering results on time and within budget – Build Occupancy • Operational Mastery : Your expertise spans all aspects of senior living management, from operations and healthcare to customer service and fiscal responsibility – Build EBITDAR • Strong Relationship Builder : You build lasting relationships with residents, families, and the greater community • Bachelor’s degree required : Master’s degree in business or healthcare administration preferred • Licensed Assisted Living Administrator required Why you’ll love working with us : • Competitive Compensation : $135,000 - $140,000 DOE base salary with up to $40,000 in bonus potential. • Comprehensive Benefits : Health, Vision, Dental Insurance, 401(k) with company match, Unlimited PTO, and more. • Growth Opportunities : As a rapidly growing company, we offer ample opportunities for career development. • Mission-Driven Culture : Join a team committed to creating first-class living experiences for seniors.
