Key Responsibilities • Lead and develop a high-performing Customer Success team focused on client retention and revenue growth • Maintain strong client relationships and act as an Executive Sponsor for strategic Regional Customers • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve processes and advocate for customer needs to enhance product offerings Required Qualifications • At least 10 years of experience in customer success or payer-facing roles relevant to Value Based Care outcomes • A minimum of 5 years in a people management role with proven success in team development • Experience managing layered teams and driving high performance • In-depth understanding of roles within a Payer entity delivering Value Based Care outcomes • Strong data analysis skills and ability to build trust with stakeholders at all levels
