Executive Summary:   The Project Quality Manager – PRS System (PQM) is responsible for defining and executing the quality strategy throughout the propulsion system project development lifecycle. This role ensures alignment with quality standards, effective risk management, and achievement of project quality objectives through close coordination with all stakeholders and a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.    Key Responsibilities:    * Define and implement the quality plan, ensuring its rigorous application throughout the program development lifecycle.  * Lead quality convergence by applying established quality processes from the preliminary phase through to six months post-SOP.  * Oversee the definition and drafting of plans to achieve quality objectives for the propulsion system Project, including the development, consolidation, and management of quality targets, forecasts, customer surveys, risks and white book requirements.  * Document the outcomes of the design process by preparing the propulsion system Design Assessment and the quality sections of milestone documents, evaluating customer impact in the event of deviations.  * Ensure that lessons learned from previous projects are effectively captured and applied; promptly alert in case of deviations, manage corrective actions as required, and propose relevant improvements.  * When applicable PQM acts as final approver regarding completeness of deliverable acceptance review checklists.  * Support the quality assessment of industrialization in close collaboration with the QUAL and Industrial Quality teams.  * Assist program teams in preparing milestone reviews, monitoring related action plans, and validating the expected maturity status.  * Foster close coordination with all stakeholders within the scope: core team, vehicle projects, quality department, mechanical or vehicle plants, joint venture teams, and engineering suppliers, to ensure convergence on project milestone deliverables.  * Manage project issues, ensuring timely resolution through root cause analysis and the implementation of standardized action plans.  * Ensure the synthesis of APQP PAPP at the system level.  * Drive and facilitate quality convergence of the batch method in partnership with the industrial team.  * Ensure achievement of quality targets for upcoming secondary propulsion system launches by evaluating design process outcomes and preparing secondary launch quality assessments.  * Guarantee compliance with mandatory rules and manage deviations (IAA).  * Initiate the field early warning (FEW) establishment. In some case PQM could become the leader for a PRS FEW.  * Provide comprehensive monthly quality reporting.  Qualifications Required Skills and Qualifications:    * Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related degree * Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management or quality roles within the automotive industry  * Proficiency in quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management.  * Strong problem-solving skills and a sound understanding of technical drawings and manufacturing processes.  * Confident in engaging with senior management and making decisions under pressure  * Proven conflict resolution skills and ability to implement creative ideas effectively  * Outstanding interpersonal, presentation, and communication skills  * Creates inclusive, motivating team environments and manages diverse groups equitably  * Customer-focused, proactive, and resilient in dynamic or ambiguous situations
