The Parts & Service Business Center Lead is responsible for leading and optimizing the service and parts operations within the Stellantis CJDRF dealer network. This includes revenue generation through Mopar & private label parts, accessory sales and a strategic focus on the customer experience to drive increased loyalty and retention.
