Job description: • Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs. Job Duties and Responsibilities: • Financial rollups • Timing development • Issues/Risk management • Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews • Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings) • Lead Quality Gate Reviews Basic qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or a related degree. • Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, with specific automotive programs (propulsion, vehicle development, calibration, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Ability to lead cross functional teams • Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results • Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition • Ability to communicate effectively to senior management • Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation Preferred Qualifications: • Master of Business Administration • 5 years' experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above • PMP Certified
