Manage cost recovery and mitigation strategies for assigned commodities by analyzing purchase orders and supplier price increases.
Bachelor's degree, 8+ years relevant experience, strong analytical and negotiation skills, and proficiency in MS Office/G Suite.
The North America Cost Recovery Program Manager will be responsible for the identification of Purchase Order cost recovery and cost increase mitigation for their assigned commodities. Responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following: • Analysis of all purchase order price walks to identify opportunities for contractual savings adjustments • Review all supplier price increase requests within their commodity and develop a data driven mitigation strategy • Develop a foreign currency and non-simulator raw material used as leverage or mitigation • Lead the identification of duplicate purchase order adjustments that result in over payment within their commodity • Lead the development of an amortization recovery strategy for their assigned commodity • Validate all supplier price increase requests, associated with program changes. (Extension, capacity, shift change, etc.) • Manage and manage volume report for assigned commodities Requirements: Basic Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree or equivalent from an AACSB accredited program • A minimum of 8 years' relevant experience • Strong analytical skills while reviewing substantial amounts of data • Well organized, self-motivated, with ownership mentality • Ability to support all aspects of commercial cost with key internal stakeholders • Must be skilled in cost analysis, negotiation (both internal and external), benchmarking, time management, and presentations to all levels of management • Strong use of MS Office Suite/G Suite
