Full Description

Mission (Purpose): Ensure the most efficient and innovative solutions for Transport processes and tools across Stellantis regions, with a primary focus on supporting North America (NA) & Mexico (MEX) operations and cost management. Drive PT&P’s core missions and the Overland strategy, prioritizing NA&MEX-specific requirements, challenges, and opportunities . Scope: Day-to-day overall management of parts transport and packaging operations (including flow parts and empties packaging), with special attention to NA & MEX budget and stakeholders. Ensure seamless execution and continuous improvement for NA & MEX plants, logistics providers, and supply chain partners, while maintaining global standards and alignment. Heavy North America (NA) & Mexico (MEX) Support Focus Key Responsibilities: * Strategic Alignment & Process Optimization * Lead the definition and execution of inbound logistics strategy to support budget requirements, with a strong focus on NA & MEX * Drive regional convergence and process optimization, ensuring NA&MEX-specific needs are addressed and integrated into global models * Map NA & MEX transport and packaging processes in alignment with central guidelines. Identify gaps and define short-, mid-, and long-term action plans for NA&MEX * Lead Want To BE levers with NA region (NA/MEX) to reduce IBT Cost OVL and identify concrete actions, including identification of pain points and addressing them * Define and lead Data IBT repository, data cleaning, and robustness for NA&MEX operations * Innovation & Technology Enablement * Lead intelligence watch and implementation of new technologies, including AI-driven services and core business automation within the NA&MEX transport and packaging perimeter * Support and challenge booster initiatives with all OVL stakeholders in NA region supply chain vertical and horizontal integration driving cost saving solutions * Transformation & Budget Planning * Support the consolidation of supply chain transformation initiatives for Overland Operations in NA&MEX using MIFA methodology * Contribute to the preparation of the annual PRSi budget in collaboration with NA&MEX regional and global stakeholders * Performance & Best Practices * Propose and drive performance improvements for customer satisfaction and business efficiency based on aligned IBT cost structure and KPIs, with a focus on NA&MEX * Promote cross-regional best practices sharing, adoption, and implementation through weekly cost deployment reviews and Business Club, with emphasis on NA&MEX adaptation * Implement concrete actions of W2B levers tailored for NA&MEX * Join and lead, as SC representative, some Key Mnz workshops at T1 Suppliers or Stellantis plant in alignment with the MFG NA&MEX monozukuri leaders or define alternative SC attendees  * Sustainability & Convergence * Drive innovation and CO₂ reduction initiatives, prioritizing NA&MEX regulatory requirements and customer expectations * Anticipate NA&MEX customer needs and support NA&MEX regions in developing convergence plans aligned with global sustainability goals * Regional Leadership * Act as the primary point of contact for NA&MEX transport and packaging operations, collaborating closely with NA&MEX plants, service providers, and regional leadership * Identify all NA&MEX supply chain pain points impacting costs, transport plans, and quality * Propose root cause analysis and action plans with all stakeholders * Milestones * Completion of macro and sub-process mapping for NA&MEX, including standardization and documentation * Delivery and alignment of Overland Guidelines / Logistics Books with NA&MEX regional execution. * Execution support for improving business operations in Overland Parts Transport & Packaging for NA&MEX * Active contribution to NA cost deployment, MIFA & PRSi budget preparation and validation with NA&MEX regional inputs * Development and tracking of an ideation list to capture and implement best practices and synergies for NA&MEX * Monthly cost deployment and Business Club proposals and preparation for best practices, with follow-up on NA&MEX regional implementation * Network Organization * Plants/JV’s: NA&MEX regional OVL operation * Service Provider/Logistics Providers: NA&MEX Overland Packaging * Plant Support: NA&MEX Plant Support Supply Chain Development * IRF Import/Export Operations: NA&MEX focus * KPI (Key Performance Indicators) * Cost: Monitor and optimize total transport and packaging costs, with a focus on cost reduction initiatives and budget adherence for NA&MEX. Reporting out in cost deployment meetings - Utilization: Track asset and resource utilization rates (e.g., trucks, packaging, warehouse space) to ensure maximum efficiency across NA operations - On-Time Delivery (OTD): Measure and improve the percentage of shipments delivered on time to NA&MEX plants, customers, and partners - Detention: Monitor and minimize detention times for trucks and containers within NA&MEX, ensuring swift turnaround and reducing associated costs - TONU (Truck Ordered Not Used): Track and reduce the frequency and cost of TONU incidents in NA&MEX, collaborating with logistics providers to improve planning and execution This role is designed to ensure North America region receives dedicated support and leadership in global transport and packaging operations, driving excellence and innovation while maintaining alignment with Stellantis’ worldwide standards. Qualifications Basic Qualifications:  * Bachelor’s degree  * 8+ years in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field  * Deep understanding of North American region logistics, regulatory environment, and customer expectations * Ability to mobilize and align NA&MEX stakeholders across departments and regions * Skilled in leading NA&MEX-focused teams in a proactive and collaborative way * Globally minded, agile in intercultural environments * Results-oriented, with strong planning and execution capabilities * Strong computer skills * Ability to navigate through various systems, problem solving and analytical ability, strong verbal, and written presentation skills and to create Power Point presentations * Cross-functional experience in supply chain management disciplines with attention to costs and budgets * Prior experience interacting with multi-disciplinary and operational teams  * Well organized, good planner, independent, and detail oriented, proven analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities * Excellent oral and written communication skills and ability to multitask within tight deadlines * Demonstrated ability to work effectively in global multi-cultural environments * Familiarity with Stellantis US systems: Champs, PC Portal, Change Management and EBOM, STV) Preferred Qualifications:  * Master's Degree * Advanced degrees or certifications in logistics or supply chain management
