Job description: · Lead, management and report-out of Calibration Activities (Project management) on several Propulsion Systems Programs. Job Duties and Responsibilities: · Financial rollups · Timing development · Issues/Risk management · Project report-outs including Directors & Management Reviews · Lead cross functional teams (through program management and control team meetings) · Lead Quality Gate Reviews Qualifications Basic qualifications: · Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Automotive) or a related degree. · Minimum of 5 years of program management experience, with specific automotive programs (propulsion, vehicle development, calibration, etc.) Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: · Ability to lead cross functional teams · Ability to set stretch goals, create/sustain energy, and drive results · Drives change where necessary to bring projects to fruition · Ability to communicate effectively to senior management · Demonstrate strong business acumen and results orientation Preferred Qualifications: · Master of Business Administration · 5 years' experience with automotive OEM or supplier with relevant expertise described above · PMP Certified
