That tradition lives on today as Alfa Romeo continues to take an Italian inspired and innovative approach to automotive design. The Alfa Romeo Brand Marketing manager is for Alfa Romeo North America, will be responsible for creating the strategic vision for marketing within the region, and managing the seamless execution of all marketing activities. This includes media and communications strategies, exclusive customer events, and lead generation. The main responsibilities of the role include : • Responsible for leading and overseeing all marketing activity within NA Region. • Leading the region and acting as principal liaison and the "voice of markets" with HQ marketing functions. Advocating and influencing the global marketing partners to ensure global support of regional initiatives. • Developing media strategy guidelines to fully exploit latest digital marketing opportunities • Developing communication strategy to ensure relevant and effective messaging for key markets • Ensuring full integration with HQ CRM / Digital and processes to provide "closed-loop" lead management and follow-up. • Identifying new opportunities, and driving continuous improvement, based data analysis of market trends. Lead the team to continuously adapt and adjust the strategic vision as needed. • Closely align with the Sales Operations and Product Planning organizations to understand the future strategy and drive current sales and customer experience objectives.
