What You'll Be Doing: Promoting talent and projects using industry databases, social media, and other platforms Handling communication with casting directors, production offices, and clients Researching upcoming projects and opportunities Scheduling meetings and auditions Supporting day-to-day operations (emails, calls, document creation, and more) Acting as a friendly and professional point of contact for talent and partners Jumping in wherever needed to keep things moving! What You Need: Solid writing skills and professional communication (especially over email and phone) Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Google Suite, basic online research, AI, film and image editing etc.) Great judgment and the ability to problem-solve independently Good multitasking instincts and a calm attitude under pressure Ability to work remotely, stay organized, and manage your own time Eligibility for academic credit through your college/university Availability for 15-20 hours per week for a minimum of 3 months.
