The Digital Marketing Manager will own the customer growth strategy and partner closely with customers to develop tailored marketing strategies. They will oversee the digital team to ensure high-quality deliverables and lead quality assurance processes.
Candidates should have over 5 years of experience in marketing management or digital marketing, preferably in healthcare. A proven ability to drive measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns and strong communication skills are essential.
Key Responsibilities Own Customer Growth Strategy Partner closely with customers to understand their priorities, pain points, and growth opportunities. Develop and execute tailored marketing strategies that directly support revenue growth, patient acquisition, and retention goals. Customer Journey Design & Optimization Assist customers in crafting personalized, end-to-end patient journeys. Ensure marketing initiatives maximize conversions and long-term patient retention. Continuously refine campaigns to align with evolving healthcare consumer behaviors. Quality & Strategic Delivery Oversee the digital team to ensure all deliverables are high-quality, timely, and impactful. Lead QA processes to guarantee accuracy, compliance, and consistency across campaigns. Use data insights to shape strategies and pivot quickly where needed, with 100% focus on measurable growth outcomes. Previous digital marketing experience is required; agency-side experience is a huge bonus. Proven ability to drive measurable growth through multi-channel campaigns and journey design. Strong background in marketing analytics, QA, and campaign optimization. Excellent communication skills with a track record of building trust with clients.
