Job description: We’re hiring a Regional Truck Driver for a W-2 position with guaranteed weekly pay. You’ll earn a consistent $1,900 per week regardless of miles (typically about 2,800). Your 34 hour reset at home in Indianapolis every Saturday. We handle fuel, insurance, repairs, and tolls — you just focus on safe, on-time deliveries. What We Offer Our Drivers: • Guaranteed Salary – $1,900 Weekly (not mileage-based; get paid the same every week) • Home Every Week – 34 hour reset in Indianapolis weekly (consistent schedule, predictable rest time) • Sign on bonus: $500 Sign on Bonus for first 30 days of work • Workers’ Compensation – Coverage for any work-related injury or accident • Regional lanes: Majority of runs in the Midwest + Southeast • Assigned equipment: 2020 Freightliner Cascadia, 72” raised roof sleeper with an APU and inverter • Company-paid operating expenses: fuel, repairs, insurance, and tolls. Requirements: • Valid CDL-A license. • Minimum 2+ years of driving experience OTR or Regional • Clean Motor Vehicle Record (MVR). Do not apply if you have violations or tickets.
