Steele Solutions Inc. is the nation’s leading designer and manufacturer of complex steel infrastructure platforms, mezzanines and custom chute systems to improve distribution, fulfillment, sortation and secure storage systems across the U.S.  About the Role: The Senior Project Manager manages the delivery of Steele Solutions custom engineered platform systems on time and within budget, from point of sale to installation. The Senior Project Manager supports the delivery process through meticulous planning, implementation, documentation, coordination and communication. Essential Duties and Responsibilities This list of duties and responsibilities is not all inclusive and may be expanded to include other duties and responsibilities as management may deem necessary from time to time. * Leads in the development of project charters, project plans, and project schedules * Facilitates the administration and maintenance of all project documentation * Supports the delivery of a project in accordance with the schedule.  * Leads the development of a portion of client deliverables and presentations.  * Drives active conflict resolution and facilitation for both internal employees and external clients, vendors, partners, etc. * Fosters positive communication between internal teams, general contractors, city/county permitting and inspection officials, sub-contractors, and the client  * Makes tactical decisions ensuring achieving of project goals  * Leads small teams (internal and/or client/stakeholders) during engagements * Drives high levels of accountable performance, both internally and externally * Assists in the development of internal business systems and processes * Trains and provides mentorship to other Project Managers Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
