Overview As a Program Manager, you will be the leader, driving delivery in a government client consulting environment. You will be a client manager, coach, mentor, and an accountable program manager with a proven track record of leading deployments of solutions in a client environment. Qualifications Required Bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management 12+ years experience with technology Ability to get a Federal Clearance Leadership. If you don't know the difference between that and management, this just isn't going to work out Demonstrated experience supporting customer experience transformation initiatives, including enablement activities that drive adoption, readiness, and sustained use of new or improved customer experiences. Demonstrated ability to influence and consult while providing thought leadership to sponsors/stakeholders in solving governance, program/project management, business process and/or technical problems Proven experience growing and selling while delivering Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills Strong interpersonal skills, customer-centric attitude, ability to deal with cultural diversity Proven team player and team builder Strong organizational and analytical skills Experience working with Human Center Design PMP certification NIH experience Local to Washington, DC metro area Required to be onsite 3 days a week Preferred ITIL certification About steampunk Steampunk relies on several factors to determine salary, including but not limited to geographic location, contractual requirements, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience. The projected compensation range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000. The estimate displayed represents a typical annual salary range for this position.
