About Us We are building the first AI-native auto retail platform and transforming how consumers buy and sell electric vehicles. Backed by leading investors and industry veterans from Tesla, Uber, Rivian, Carvana, Meta, and other top companies, we have raised over $100M in equity and debt funding and are rapidly scaling nationwide. What You'll Do - Build and ship core product features across our marketplace and operations platform - Develop scalable full-stack applications and backend services - Collaborate with Product, Design, Data, and Operations teams - Participate in architecture, technical design, and engineering best practices - Help shape the future of our platform and engineering organization Qualifications - 6–10+ years of software engineering experience OR - 4+ years of experience plus a PhD in Computer Science, AI, Machine Learning, Software Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field - Strong experience with: - Go, TypeScript, and/or Python - React, Next.js, Vue.js, or similar frameworks - Experience building and scaling production-grade applications - Startup mindset with strong ownership and execution skills - PhD candidates and engineers with advanced research backgrounds are strongly encouraged to apply Benefits - Competitive salary ($140K–$300K) - Equity ownership - Health, dental, and vision coverage - Flexible / Unlimited PTO - 401(k) Why Join? - Build AI-native technology with real customers and revenue - Work directly with founders and senior leadership - Make a visible impact on a rapidly growing business - Opportunity to grow into Staff, Principal, or Engineering Leadership roles
