Pharmacy experience, excellent communication, tech-savviness, detail orientation, organization, adaptability, and preferably experience in account management or training.
As a Pharmacy Experience Manager, you’ll be the primary contact for our pharmacy accounts. You’ll play a key role in onboarding, building, and supporting long-lasting relationships with pharmacies using our software platform. This is a high-impact, customer-facing role that is ideal for someone with pharmacy experience who is detail-oriented and solutions-focused. What You'll Do • Own and manage relationships, serving as the primary contact for onboarding, issues, and questions • Lead onboarding and training, ensuring pharmacy teams are set up for success • Troubleshoot and resolve issues with thoughtfulness and urgency, prioritizing accordingly • Gather feedback to improve product and customer experience • Collaborate cross-functionally with our product and engineering teams to maximize engagement and satisfaction • Advocate for your accounts, anticipating needs and providing proactive guidance to maximize value on the platform • Drive growth and help expand existing relationships About You • Pharmacy experience required (ie. pharmacy technician) - you understand the pharmacy workflow • Independent pharmacy experience strongly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - you know how to build trust quickly and understand your accounts’ needs • Tech-savvy - comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools • Exceptionally detail-oriented - you catch the small things. Compensation: $50k - $75k + equity.
