Marketing Project Manager Posted Job Title: Marketing Project Manager Location: Hybrid work in Northville, MI Position Type: Full-time Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 a year Stealth is seeking a detail-oriented and systems-savvy Marketing Project Manager to join our team on a full-time basis. This role is responsible for leading the successful onboarding of new clients, including Teamwork project setup, gathering access and assets, and ongoing management. The ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency, task and data management, and client-facing communication to ensure client marketing projects remain on track. This is a client-facing implementation and support role with an emphasis on operational excellence, repeatable systems, and a consultative approach to solving clients’ setup needs. Key Responsibilities Project Management & Client Onboarding • Plan and set up project tasks, manage assignments, dates, and timelines. • Coordinate and support milestone projects with CMO Strategist, vendors and other Stealth departments. • Follow up with clients for access credentials and configuration settings. • Create marketing and operations project templates in tools like Asana, ClickUp, or Teamwork. • Develop and document onboarding timelines and checklists for each client. • Keep the company CRM's files organized and the data clean. • Run project reports for leadership and analysis. • Assist marketing team members to import, clean, and organize contact lists; ensure compliance with data and email standards. • Support CMO Team Lead with special projects and assignments. • Assist with new client onboarding (setup, kickoff, follow-ups) and temporarily fill in for Marketing Director role if needed. Documentation & SOP Development • Document all processes, templates, and automations for future training and reference. • Assist in building a knowledge base for team members to operate more efficiently. • Analyze and recommend areas for process efficiency improvement. • Train marketing team members and (if needed) clients on how to use their systems post-onboarding, including HubSpot basics, automation management, and reporting tools. Support the ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting of systems for long-term clients as needed. Qualifications • 2-3 years of experience managing projects in a marketing agency environment with Asana, ClickUp, Trello, or similar and basic principles of marketing project scoping. • 2–3 years of experience working with Teamwork Project Management preferred. • 2–3 years of experience working with HubSpot preferred. • Experience building workflows and automation sequences preferred. • Demonstrated experience working directly with clients in a consulting or agency environment. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with a knack for simplifying technical concepts. • Ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously and meet deadlines consistently. • Comfort with marketing technology tools and a keen eye for process optimization.
