Full Description

We’re hiring a high-bandwidth, mid-level backend engineer to work on challenging problems in a fast-paced, engineering-driven environment. You should currently be at a high-powered startup or similarly intense environment. If you thrive in lean teams, care about code quality, and move fast — we want to hear from you. What You'll Do: • Architect, build, and maintain scalable backend infrastructure • Take ownership of features end-to-end, from design to deployment • Solve real-time performance and system challenges • Work cross-functionally with product and design What We're Looking For: • 3–6 years of backend experience at a high-performing startup or tech company • Proven ability to deliver quickly and iterate fast • Strong coding ability in modern backend languages and frameworks • Excellent systems thinking and autonomy
