Manage and supervise Eligibility Services Division staff, oversee program performance, develop community relations, and implement policy changes.
At least 2 years of leadership experience, preferably with Eligibility Supervisor or Program and Training experience, and willingness to travel and manage remotely.

This employee will manage the daily affairs of a Department of Workforce Services Eligibility Service Division. Principal Duties The Manager III position may perform the following duties: • Supervise and manage the activities of Eligibility Services Division staff including; determining workload, delegating assignment, training, monitoring, evaluating performance and initiating corrective or disciplinary actions. • Provide leadership in the planning, development, coordination and evaluation of program performance and service delivery. • Develop customer relations and community awareness. • Recommends, advocates and/or implements, new and or changes to existing, policies and procedures, laws or regulations. The Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate for this position will be someone who: • Has 2 or more years of leadership experience. • Will be able to manage from a distance and be willing to travel as needed to support the supervisors and teams. Preference Preference may be given for two years of Eligibility Supervisor experience or 2 years of Program and Training experience.
