At DDA, we are responsible for administration and oversight of services and supports for more than 1.5 million older adults and Tennesseans with disabilities. Key Responsibilities • Continuously evaluates and refines business processes to enhance billing accuracy, efficiency, and oversight. Leads and participates in cross-agency projects that modernize systems and streamline government operations. • Supervises and mentors staff, providing guidance, training, and professional development. Promotes a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement. Facilitates regular team meetings and supports succession planning and cross-training initiatives. • Directs Home & Community Based Services (HCBS) Waiver billing, ICF/IID billing and TEIS billing and payment processes. • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with TennCare, Managed Care Organizations (MCOs), and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth billing operations and continuous system improvement. • Leads transparent, timely communication with internal and external stakeholders, and drafts public-facing communications and provider memos as needed. Minimum Qualifications Graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor's degree and experience equivalent to 4 years in Government Operations.
