Job Summary - Why you'll love this position Job Location: This position will be located at 8501 Lucas-Hunt Rd, Suite 230, Jennings MO 63136. Why you'll love this position: We are seeking an individual who is committed to the mission of keeping elderly and disabled Missourian's safe and healthy. You will provide direct support to the Section of Adult Protective Services. You will have the opportunity of working with a dynamic team that assists individuals with remaining safely in their communities. The salary indicated represents a base pay rate. If the individual selected or the position is eligible for a pay differential (e.g., shift, security, or years of service), it will be added to the total compensation in your paycheck. A pay differential does not raise your base pay. Responsibilities - What you'll do • Answer and lead phone interviews to gather pertinent information • Review, monitor and complete data entry in various IT systems • Work collaboratively within an inter-disciplinary team • Provide objective and accurate documentation • Represent the program with exemplary customer service and call center etiquette • Complete and review expenditures, inventories and various financial • Support team members with office operations Qualifications - All you need for success Minimum Qualifications: • 1-3 years of relevant experience. Lack of post-secondary education will not be used as the sole basis denying consideration to any applicant.
