Position will represent the CCWIS project in user groups and management meetings in presenting the technical/business side of the functionality in CCWIS. Position is assigned to participate in CCWIS requirements gathering, change management, gap analysis and deliverables. The position will also review and resolve help desk tickets. Position will provide actionable feedback, along with coordinating with other CCWIS staff on training plans, end-user documentation, program test scripts and user acceptance testing. Experience Three years of professional experience, including one year of experience equivalent to the experienced (P11) level in state service. Limited-term appointments have the potential to become permanent but there is no guarantee. Position Location/Remote Office: The office location for this position is at 235 S. Grand Ave., Lansing, MI. however, this position has the ability to work hybrid (remote/office). Selected candidates who have been approved to work hybrid must complete that work within Michigan Candidates should confirm work location and schedule at the time of interview. Employees will be provided computers to perform state work. Phones may also be provided for necessary communications. If working remotely, employees will be responsible for providing other components of a remote office at their own expense, including: o A secure work location that allows privacy and prevents distractions. o A high-speed internet connection of at least 25 Mbps download and 5 Mbps upload. o Suitable lighting, furniture, and utilities.
