Role Description This is a full-time, on-site position based in Spartanburg, SC for a State Farm Account Manager. The Account Manager will manage customer accounts, develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, identify customer needs, and provide tailored insurance and financial service solutions. The role includes handling inquiries, policy processing, account servicing, claims support, and contributing to sales goals. Collaboration with team members to deliver a personalized customer experience is essential. Qualifications Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills Strong organizational skills, time management, and attention to detail Knowledge or interest in insurance and financial products and services Skills in sales and relationship building Problem-solving, decision-making, and ability to manage customer needs effectively Proficiency with standard office software and technology Ability to work on-site in Spartanburg, SC Previous experience in insurance, sales, or customer service is a plus Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field is preferred
