We’re now looking for our Founding SDR to help fuel the next stage of growth. The Role – Founding SDR As our first Sales Development Representative, you’ll be the engine that drives our pipeline. You’ll work directly with the CEO and founding team, owning outreach, qualifying leads, and booking meetings that turn into real revenue. This is a hands-on, high-impact role – perfect for someone who wants to grow fast, take real ownership, and be rewarded like a true partner. What You’ll Do • Own outbound prospecting – Execute multi-channel outreach via Apollo, LinkedIn, email, and dialers • Book meetings – Identify, qualify, and schedule conversations with decision-makers • Experiment & optimize – Test messaging, improve scripts, track KPIs, and scale what works • Collaborate with founders – Share feedback from prospects to refine targeting & positioning • Work with top tools – Apollo.io, dialers (e.g. Nooks), CRM (HubSpot/Salesforce), and more • Build playbooks – Help document and improve repeatable outreach systems for future SDRs • Be a closer-in-training – Shadow demos, learn the sales cycle, and grow into an AE What We’re Looking For • 2+ yrs B2B sales or lead gen experience (bonus if SDR at SaaS/agency/startup) • Proven track record – You’ve hit or exceeded outbound targets before • Outbound ops savvy – Apollo, LinkedIn, email, A/B testing, KPI tracking • Startup/Founder mindset – Scrappy, adaptable, thrive in fast-paced environments • Strong communicator – Fluent English, confident in cold outreach and discovery calls • Hungry to grow – You want a path to AE/closing role and long-term ownership • Accountable & data-driven – You run outreach like a system and measure what matters What We Offer • 2% equity – Founding team-level ownership (standard vesting, 1-year cliff) • Performance rewards – Uncapped commission / revenue share on meetings that convert • Path to AE/closer – Learn full-cycle sales and grow into a closing role • Salary coming soon – Competitive base introduced in 4-5 months as we scale & fundraise • High-impact role – Influence product, strategy, and team from Day 1 • Remote & flexible – US-based, async-friendly, outcome-driven • Sweat equity experience – Build from 0→1 with real upside ⚠️ Note: This is a commission + equity based role.
