We’re looking for a Brand & Communications (Social Media) Lead who’s ready to help us bring that mission to life and shape the future of our brand. About the Role This role sits at the center of how Wild Pony shows up in the world. You’ll elevate our brand experience, own our social media, & grow our audience. You'll help tell the stories that define who we are. You’ll turn creativity into measurable growth, and you’ll work directly with our Founder/CEO to help steer the brand forward with clarity, insight, and momentum. What You’ll Do Capture, create, and publish high-quality content — photo, video, and written — across social and digital channels Build campaigns and marketing initiatives that increase engagement, bookings, and sales Track, analyze, and report performance metrics (growth, engagement, conversions, ROI) to the CEO regularly Develop and manage a reporting cadence that supports data-driven decision making Lead and grow the Wild Pony Ambassador program and support strategic partnerships Maintain brand consistency and elevate the visual identity and storytelling across every touchpoint Attend onsite events and activations to capture the culture, guest experience, and community in real time You'll report into the CEO & Founder. You'll work closely with our Hat Stylists, Sales team, and operations. What We're looking for 2+ years of experience in social media, brand marketing, PR, or experiential marketing Strong social media management and content creation skills On-site content capture experience (photo and video) Clear, compelling copywriting and visual storytelling ability Experience managing content calendars, campaigns, and brand consistency Ability to interpret data, extract insights, and communicate results Confidence presenting metrics, trends, and recommendations directly to leadership Bonus Skills PR or media pitching Paid social advertising Email marketing Graphic design Video editing SEO Experience directing professional photoshoots Compensation & Structure Compensation: $20–$25/hr, based on experience; performance-based bonus option available Work Style: Hybrid — onsite for events and content capture; remote for planning, editing, and strategy Locations: San Antonio, TX and Fredericksburg, TX with travel for events and partnerships Start Date: We are looking to fill this role by January 2, 2026
