Account Manager – Pro Beauty Distributor Partnerships Location: Boca Raton, FL At Keratin Complex, we believe every day should be a beautiful hair day. We’re seeking a dynamic Account Manager to drive revenue, profitability, and brand growth across our distributor network, owning one of our largest national accounts. This role leads strategic planning, forecasting, and execution to deliver measurable results, strengthen relationships, and amplify our brand presence across the professional beauty landscape. Above all, you believe in empowering stylists, supporting distributors, and delivering beautiful hair every day. Key Responsibilities • Distributor Partnership: Serve as the primary liaison for distributor accounts, fostering collaboration, alignment, and shared success across sales, marketing, operations, and education. • Sales Growth: Achieve sales and profit targets through effective forecasting, inventory planning, and sell-in/sell-out strategies that drive sustainable growth. • Strategic Planning: Develop and execute tailored business plans, promotional calendars, and activation strategies to meet account goals and elevate brand visibility. • Budget & Trade Spend Management: Oversee account budgets and promotional allowances to ensure effective investment and maximum ROI. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with Marketing, Education, and Field Sales to deliver impactful go-to-market programs, new launches, and merchandising initiatives. • Performance Analytics: Track and analyze sales, promotion, and inventory performance; provide insights and recommendations to optimize results. • Operational Excellence: Work with Planning and Operations to maintain stock levels, support new item setup, and ensure seamless order flow. Must-Haves • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. • 5+ years of sales or account management experience within professional beauty or salon distribution (SalonCentric or national distributor experience strongly preferred). • Demonstrated success achieving and exceeding sales, profit, and growth goals. • Strong business acumen with expertise in forecasting, budgeting, and P&L management. • Proven ability to build and maintain trusted distributor and salon relationships. • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adaptable in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. • Analytical mindset with the ability to translate sales data and market insights into strategic actions. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); CRM experience a plus. • Willingness to travel at least 40% for distributor meetings, in-field visits, training, and industry events.
