This is an entry level position within our Wrap-up team that has opportunity for growth. We are looking for a Submission Policy Analyst that is professional and can work in a fast pace team environment. He or she must be able to multitask and service several underwriters and brokers. This person must be organized, take initiative, be a team player and have great time management skills. The job description entails: The ability to understand our policy issuance systems as well as pull experience modifications from different bureau sites The ability to communicate with underwriters, brokers along with any other internal or external individuals Monitor the sub-contractor enrollment inbox daily Process enrollment request within 24hrs from being requested Process system corrections to clear any bureau criticism within the allowed timeframe Managing your accounts while keeping track of any upcoming renewals that need to be processed. This can range from as little as hundreds to as many as thousands sub-contractor policy’s.
