As a shift supervisor you will lead with craft and heart to make your coffeehouse a welcoming space for your community. Lead teams through daily operations including customer service, food quality preparation/quality control; supervision includes assisting baristas during peak hours when required by store managers; utilize knowledge of company policies/procedures around employee relations/discipline action plans while maintaining open communication channels amongst staff members!
