Customer Experience Manager Job Summary: Starbucks is on the lookout for motivated Customer Experience Managers who embody a sense of purpose, inspire teams, drive successful enterprises, and foster genuine connections within their local communities. Serving as a Store Manager entails bringing the Starbucks Experience to fruition, overseeing store operations, developing high-achieving teams, and delivering exceptional customer service, all the while focusing on personal and professional advancement for both yourself and your team members. Key Responsibilities: • Coordinate and manage daily store operations to ensure a high standard of customer service. • Expand a business into a multi-million-dollar enterprise by prioritizing effective financial management, problem-solving, and strategic planning. • Coach and develop a group of team members (workers) to achieve excellence in their performance, engagement, and career progression. • Assume the role of a brand ambassador, promoting a welcoming and all-embracing environment for both partners and customers. • Establish strong ties with the local community to drive engagement and bring about a positive influence.
