As a program manager - Digital Operations, you will… · Lead Digital Operating Model Roll-Out, including developing and rolling out new ways of working and process optimizations to enable faster delivery of features at high quality. · Provide Cross Functional Leadership, collaborate with Product, UX, and Engineering leaders to align and deliver on Digital efforts, manage cross-functional stakeholders, and communicate key updates and escalations to senior leaders. · Lead Digital Operations, running and implementing digital workflows, ceremonies, and standard operating procedures. · Create communication strategies and change management plans to drive adoption of new ways of work and foster a culture of curiosity and learning. We’d love to hear from people with: · 8 yrs application of industry-based project management methodologies and tools. · 8 yrs managing complex large-scale business or information technology projects. · 8 yrs building and mentoring teams. · 6 yrs Mentoring other project managers in program and project management. · 8 yrs General business experience in large, matrixed organizations. The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity.
