Full Description

We are seeking professional, dependable, and observant Security Officers to join our team at a high-traffic shopping mall in Houston, TX 77072. This role includes golf cart patrol and requires a high level of attention to detail, integrity, and customer service. Successful candidates will play a vital role in maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for all guests, employees, and tenants. Key Responsibilities • Maintain a visible and professional security presence throughout the property. • Conduct regular patrols on foot and by golf cart to monitor parking areas, entrances, and common spaces. • Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and disturbances in accordance with company procedures. • Deter theft, vandalism, and other unlawful activities through proactive observation and engagement. • Prepare detailed and accurate daily activity and incident reports. • Provide courteous assistance and exceptional customer service to visitors, tenants, and vendors. • Enforce property rules, safety policies, and applicable regulations consistently and respectfully. • Coordinate with law enforcement, emergency responders, and management as needed. Qualifications & Requirements • Valid Texas Drivers License or Texas Identification • Valid Level II or Level III Security License (as applicable). • Must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the U.S. • Must pass a background check, motor vehicle check (clean driving record) and drug screening prior to employment. • Ability to operate a golf cart safely and responsibly. • Strong communication skills, professional appearance, and customer-service focus required. • Ability to stand, walk, and patrol for extended periods in both indoor and outdoor environments. • Prior experience in retail, mall, or high-traffic property security preferred but not required. • Full-time shifts available, including nights, weekends, and holidays. • We provide our officers with the tools, training, and support they need to succeed while making a positive impact in the community.
