Star SU, a Star Cutter Company, is a family owned, globally recognized, manufacturer of custom round tools and hobs. We are looking for an IT Programmer Analyst to join our IT Team here in Farmington Hills, MI. Our IT Programmer Analyst supports, enhances and expands our business systems, with a primary focus on Infor SyteLine (Cloud Suite Industrial). In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing our business needs, developing technical solutions, and ensuring system performance optimization. Responsibilities • Develop, customize, and maintain applications and reports within the Infor SyteLine ERP environment using IDOs, Form Scripts, SSRS, and Mongoose framework. • Design, test, and implement system enhancements, workflows, and interfaces between SyteLine and other business systems (e.g., CRM, PLM, CPQ, MES, etc.). • Collaborate with business units (manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, finance, etc.) to gather requirements and deliver solutions that improve productivity and data integrity. • Support and maintain integrations using tools such as ION, SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS), or REST APIs. • Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide end-user support and training as needed. • Participate in system upgrades, patch testing, and performance tuning efforts. • Develop and maintain technical documentation, system specifications, and user guides. • Assist with data migrations, database administration tasks, and ad hoc reporting as needed. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). • Hands-on experience with Infor SyteLine ERP (v9 or higher), including Mongoose framework and IDO/WinStudio customization. • 3 or more years' experience in application development and support. • Experience working in an environment with Lean/Agile development practices. • Strong knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server, SSRS, and Crystal Reports • Familiarity with ERP modules in manufacturing, inventory, finance, and order management. • Experience with Infor ION, Event System, BODs, or cloud-based SyteLine environments. • Experience with .NET development, PowerShell scripting, or RESTful API integration.
