Your role is to provide expert assistance, resolve inquiries efficiently, and uphold the high standards of service that define the Staples and Quill brands. What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will assist customers in selecting products and services that best meet their business needs. - You will resolve order issues, returns, and billing questions with accuracy and empathy. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and problem resolution. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and service challenges. - You will uphold company policies and ensure compliance with quality standards. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in B2B or retail environments. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with professionalism.
