What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will assist customers in placing orders, tracking shipments, and managing returns. - You will resolve product or service issues by clarifying customer complaints and determining the best solutions. - You will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely problem resolution. - You will provide product information and recommendations to help customers make informed decisions. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by sharing customer feedback with management. What You Bring: - You bring at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field. - You have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You possess strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate the ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the office supplies or B2B industry. - Familiarity with order management systems and logistics. - Additional language skills beyond English. - Previous experience working with the Staples or Quill brand.
