What You'll Do: - You will respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. - You will resolve product and service issues by identifying problems and providing effective solutions. - You will process orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. - You will maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. - You will collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues. - You will contribute to continuous improvement by providing feedback on customer trends and service challenges. - You will uphold company policies and ensure compliance with customer service standards. - You will support promotional campaigns by informing customers about new products and services. What You Bring: - Minimum of 2 years experience in a customer service role, preferably in retail or B2B environments. - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-focused attitude. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. - Problem-solving skills with a calm and patient demeanor. - High school diploma or equivalent; additional education is a plus.
