What You Bring: - You have at least 2 years of experience in customer service or a related role. - You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. - You are proficient with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - You demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. - You have the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience in the office supplies or B2B industry. - Familiarity with order management systems. - Bilingual skills, especially in Spanish. - Previous experience working with remote or distributed teams.
